Responsibilities:
This position will responsible to supervise, coordinate, and make sure the division operational Non Food department (Electronic, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bazaar, Garment) activities running well in his/her store due to Division targets
Requirements
- Minimum graduated from Bachelor Degree (S1) in any majors from a reputable university
- Experienced in managing Non Food Operation and its team in a hypermarket retail store for minimum 3 years
- Good Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet application
- Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with agencies, suppliers and vendors
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and Indonesian
- Willing to be placed/relocate to any Lotte Mart location if needed
